Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Chat Support Officer in our Houston, Texas office. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities:- Provide customer support through chat channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Conduct research to understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions- Demonstrate strong persuasion skills to guide customers towards appropriate products or services- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Prioritize quality in all interactions with customers, maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes

Requirements:- Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools- Strong research skills to quickly find and provide accurate information- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
