Job Description:We are looking for a Chat Support Officer to join our team at Coca-Cola in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through the chat platform- Provide product information, promotions, and assistance to customers- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements:- Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers- Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Experience in a customer service or support role is preferred- Proficient in using chat and online communication tools- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment- Excellent written communication skills
