Owens Corning is currently seeking a passionate and confident individual to join our team as a Chat Support Officer in Austin, Texas. This part-time entry-level position will provide you with the opportunity to unleash your creativity in a setting that celebrates and nurtures innovation.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and promote brand loyalty- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively persuade and present information- Passion for customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations- Ability to work on a part-time schedule and on weekends or evenings as needed- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems- High school diploma or equivalent
