Job Description:
HP is seeking a dedicated and independent Chat Support Manager to work remotely from Washington, D.C., US. The Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents, ensuring excellent customer service, and exceeding customer expectations. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee a team of chat support agents, ensuring they meet performance standards and KPIs.2. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.3. Monitor chat support interactions for quality assurance and training purposes.4. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.6. Provide coaching and feedback to chat support agents for continuous improvement.7. Generate reports on chat support metrics and performance.8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.
Requirements:1. 5+ years of experience in customer service or chat support management.2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.3. Strong negotiation and teamwork skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote team.6. Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems.7. Experience in developing and implementing chat support strategies.8. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
