Job Description:
Mosaic is seeking a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based in San Antonio, Texas, but will allow the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in chat support or customer service management.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of chat support agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer experience- Monitor chat metrics and KPIs to track team performance and make data-driven decisions- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve internal processes- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in chat support
Requirements:- Proven experience in chat support or customer service management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to lead and motivate a team- Proficiency in chat support tools and software- Driven and confident personality traits- Strong soft skills in leadership and cooperation- Excellent problem-solving skills
