We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Chat Support Manager to join our team at Rivian. This is a remote, part-time position based in Houston, Texas, US. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service or chat support management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our chat support team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management- Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction- Monitor chat support performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support across all channels- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in customer service or chat support management- Strong communication and analytical skills- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment- Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting- Experience with chat support platforms and tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
