Job Description:
Air Products & Chemicals is currently seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of chat support agents, ensuring high-quality customer service and timely responses to inquiries- Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness- Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management- Train and coach chat support agents on best practices and customer service techniques- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field- Proven experience in managing chat support teams in a fast-paced environment- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Energetic and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a dynamic work environment- Ability to work independently and remotely while still collaborating effectively with team members- Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management tools- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
