We are seeking a motivated and passionate Chat Support Associate to join our remote team at WellCare Health Plans in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Entry Level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat interactions with our clients. This position offers the opportunity for unlimited personal and professional growth in a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through chat to provide information and assistance- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality of service- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution

Requirements:- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Critical thinking skills to solve problems creatively- Emotional intelligence to effectively connect with customers- Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service- No prior experience required- Must be located in San Antonio, Texas, US
