Job Description:

Trinity Industries is seeking a remote Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat communication channels. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat communication channels- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met- Meet and exceed performance metrics for quality and efficiency

Requirements:- Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record customer information- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat communication platforms
