Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Synnex is seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Associate to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving and planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through online chat support- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and issue resolution- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving and planning abilities- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in typing and computer skills- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
