Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and confident Chat Support Assistant to join our team at CHS. This is a remote work position based in Seattle, Washington, US. As an Associate Level Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing chat support to our customers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via chat- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary- Proactively seek solutions to customer problems and provide innovative and negotiated resolutions- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a remote work environment- Knowledge of CRM software and chat support platforms- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
