Job Description:

Mutual of Omaha Insurance is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, driven, creative, and innovative.

Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers regarding insurance products, claims, and policy information- Assist customers with inquiries, problem-solving, and troubleshooting- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in typing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment- High school diploma or equivalent required
