Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Mattel in Dallas, Texas. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through our online chat platform. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services.3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.4. Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement.5. Adhere to company guidelines and policies while communicating with customers.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.5. Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools.6. Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.7.
