Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Celgene in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role will require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, passionate, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolution of any escalated matters- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes- Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or support roles- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively- Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
