Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Survey Completion Specialist on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion of our CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner) survey for hospice. This includes gathering necessary information, organizing documentation, and ensuring compliance with CHAP standards.
Responsibilities: - Review and organize documentation required for the CHAP survey.
- Collaborate with team members to collect relevant data and information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- Assist in implementing any necessary changes or improvements to meet CHAP standards.
- Communicate effectively with staff members to ensure understanding and compliance with survey requirements.
Qualifications: - Previous experience with CHAP surveys or accreditation processes preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of hospice regulations and standards.
Compensation: - This is a contract position with a compensation of $10,000.
