The Channel Marketing Manager manages the downstream marketing, communications, and ongoing support of key products. Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, the ideal candidate will focus on understanding customer needs across different sales channels and developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and communication initiatives to drive sustainable revenue and growth.
Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilites:
Demonstrate a high level of leadership, communication and collaboration Develop revenue forecasts across different sales channels for key products that align with overall company growth objectives. Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve sales targets and objectives through multiple sales channels Build and maintain relationships with key partners, distributors, and other channel stakeholders to drive business growth Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, facilitate discussions and provide guidance on the opportunities available within each channel, devising strategies for maximum benefit Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Marketing, Commercial Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment of sales channel strategies with overall business goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase market share Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and other relevant metrics to senior management on a regular basis Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to sales channel management Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all sales channel activities Other Duties and Physical Requirements:
Must be able to concentrate, analyze and solve complex issues throughout the course of the work shift Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs throughout the workday in a multi-location facility Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds of supplies or finished product throughout the work shift Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (latex or nitrile gloves, face shields/safety glasses, etc.) Must be able to adhere to applicable biosafety practices when on the manufacturing floor or in laboratories Ability to stand, stoop, reach, push and pull throughout the course of the work shift Loading/unloading vehicles with literature, manuals, account files, demo instruments, and demo kits; Set-up and tear-down of exhibit booths May be required to sit for long periods of time through the course of the work shift Minimum Education or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 7-8 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience in medical device industry
IVD experience is preferred. Experience with developing and executing Marketing plans and/or product launches preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives Competencies Required or preferred:
