As a Channel Enablement Content Specialist, you play a key role in developing, improving and monitoring Global Channel enablement content for Partners and Global Channel teams. You will design, create, and manage engaging, effective content to enhance skills and product knowledge. Working closely with internal teams and channel partners, you will analyze feedback to continuously develop and improve the learners experience. Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement training and certification programs to our Channel Partners and internal teams to market, sell and support our products. Responsibilities:Analyze, design, develop and evaluate training and certification content for Global Channel PartnersCollaborate with Partner Enablement Specialists and Global Channel Leaders to gather and analyze input as it relates to the development and creation of new training content, the modification of existing training content, and certification programsUnderstand Global security trends, Channel best practices, KnowBe4 products and the KnowBe4 Partner PortalDevelop and design training and certification content for Global Channel Sales that is effective and engagingCreate and execute dynamic on demand Channel training content for internal global teams Design interactive training materials including presentations, video modules, practice exercises, classroom activities, and learning aidsOrganize and maintain training and certification materials, content, and project documentationServe as a subject matter expert for KnowBe4's products and Channel Sales Team Collaborate with multiple internal departments to develop and strengthen Channel training initiatives Perform reviews of existing content each month to ensure it is up-to-date and relevantQualifications:Experience in Channel ecosystems is a mustExperience with Instructional Design or Instructional Technology (or comparable work experience) preferredExperience in curating training and development programsExperience in partner enablement, channel sales, channel training and development specialist or similarKnowledge of partner ecosystems Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology IT Security Field requiredHigh school diploma required Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field a plusTop notch Communication skills, verbal & writtenAbility to learn and apply new tools, techniques and processes quicklyGreat listening skills to working with subject matter experts (SME) and other team members to incorporate their ideas and feedbackFirst rate skills at time and priority managementFamiliarity with and interest in current communications and visual design principles and how they apply to adult learnersCurious, innovative, and creativeFluent in English (written and verbal)
