Our continued growth has created an immediate need for a
Change Management Consultant
for high profile Construction Management project with our Client, The Office of General Services, in Albany, NY.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement change management strategies and plans for the roll out of a Company wide project management software system.
Provide expertise and advisement to cross functional project teams to ensure project plans are executed and timelines are met.
Ensures clear communication to all steakholders and facilitates messaging to keep advancing the project forward.
Document issues / barriers and track for immediate resolution.
Develop plan to overcome any resistance & execute cultural transformation strategy.
Lead Training efforts to maximize Company policies, new processes and system usage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management along with a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.
Knowledge of and experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools required.
MBE experience a plus.
Change management certification highly desired.
Innovation Transformation, Communication Strategy, Team Building, Individual and Team Coaching are all necessary skills.

- Compensation: Min: 120K - Max 130K.
