Core Catalysts, LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in a fractional capacity. As a fractional CFO, you will provide strategic financial guidance and expertise to our clients on a part-time basis, helping them drive growth and achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for our clients Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance and profitability Provide analysis and recommendations on financial opportunities and risks Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability Collaborate with executive teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and integration Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in finance Requirements Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive CPA or MBA in Finance preferred Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis Experience in strategic financial management and growth initiatives Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders Strong leadership and team management abilities Experience in a fractional or consulting role is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Work From Home
