Responsibilities
• Assess and develop comprehensive care plans• Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing personnel• Observe, evaluate, and document patient response to treatment• Coordinate overall plan of care and establish care priorities• Participate in quality improvement activities
Requirements
• Good communication skills• Ability to make sound decisions• Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and supplies• Familiarity with decontamination procedures• Proficient in using electronic record systems• Graduate from an accredited school of surgical technology• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification• Preferably 5 years of experience
