Interim Healthcare is a leading Regional Provider of Hospice Services based in Texas.Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) responsible for personal care and daily living tasks for patients in inpatient facilities.Emphasis on understanding patients' stories and helping them live in their homes with dignity.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Provide personal care and incidental activities of daily living for patients.• Follow nursing plan of care and facility policies and procedures.• Maintain infection control measures and observe patient conditions.• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.• Perform patient-related procedures and administer treatments.• Apply physical restraints as directed.• Follow implemented Plan of Care for clients.
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age.• High School diploma or equivalent.• Successful completion of Nursing Assistant course and certification.• 1 year of experience in comparable job classification or as required.• Home Care or Hospice experience preferred.• Proof of Covid vaccine, medical exemption or religious exemption.
Key Skills Needed
