Responsibilities
• Perform specified work on repair orders• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems• Communicate with Service Advisor for additional service• Execute repairs under warranty• Perform maintenance and repair work on Fords and other Makes and Models• Provide time estimates for repairs• Complete warranty documentation and return parts• Follow dealership policies and factory standards
Requirements
• Fast learner• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Excellent customer service skills• Team player• Computer literate• Valid driver's license
Key Skills Needed
• Previous DIESEL repair experience at an automotive dealership preferred• Dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills• Basic computer competencies• Positive attitude and eagerness to improve• Ability to collaborate effectively• Ability to learn new technology and procedures
