You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate behavioral needs Develop individualized behavior intervention plans Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness Provide training and consultation to caregivers, educators, and other professionals Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field New Graduates are encouraged to apply Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges Excellent knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in data collection and analysis Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others Benefits Total Comp Range: $77,000 - $118,000 Bonuses Relocation Assistance Paid Time Off: 30 days Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401(k) with matching, and disability coverage Smaller caseloads - We believe in quality, not quantity Career advancements
