Cert Surgical Technologist Out Patient

Job Summary:
Functions in the scrub role for operative and other invasive procedures including establishing and maintaining a sterile field, specimen handling, counts, medications/solutions, implants and instrument processing. May assist with circulating duties under direct supervision of an RN. Participates in activities related to standards and quality improvement for the specialty and the department. Assists with maintaining specialty carts, equipment and rooms along with assisting with student and new employee orientation.

Hours: 5 days, M-F for 8 hours

No call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays.

Required Qualifications:
- Require national CST certification with documented proof of current certification status.

Required License and Certs:
CST: Certified Surg Technologist
