About the Role: In this dynamic role, you will be the backbone of our central office, providing exceptional support to our team of architects and designers. You'll wear two hats, managing day-to-day operations and assisting with various architectural projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain valuable experience in the design and architectural profession.
Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee building maintenance and troubleshoot any issues. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff. Maintain a professional and organized office environment. Manage office calendar and schedule meetings for architects and designers. Provide exceptional phone and email communication for the firm. Project Assistant: Assist architects and designers with project tasks such as file management, document creation, and research. Learn and utilize design software programs as part of onboarding. Create presentations and reports as needed. Track project deadlines and maintain project schedules. Coordinate with clients and consultants as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in an office management role. Experience in a design or architectural firm is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn and adapt to new design software programs. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
