Responsibilities
• Create a positive work environment and manage day-to-day staff• Develop and maintain staffing schedule and manage attendance expectations• Lead client onboarding process and manage client and family satisfaction• Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners• Accountable for financial and operational performance of the center• Manage upkeep, cleanliness, and equipment of the center
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field• 5+ years of management, operations, and leadership experience• Healthcare environment experience required• Strong business acumen and understanding of finance• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Proficient with Microsoft Office
