Job Title - Celonis Developer
Location: Dallas, TX or Jacksonville, FL (2 days Hybrid Onsite)
Duties -
Collaborate proactively with various stakeholders to identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic automation initiatives
Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes, and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
Good knowledge with data integration to various systems and Databases
Create knowledge models, Analysis, Views and Action Flows using Celonis
Configure and build data models and develop custom solutions
Need to be proficient with SQL/PQL. Python knowledge is a plus
Stay updated with Celonis features and best practices to continuously improve skills and solutions
Contribute to project planning and estimation, provide technical insights to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation, and collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope
Tackle complex technical challenges, and troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of applications in production
Provide technical leadership and collaborate with offshore development teams, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous skill development
