Cdl Roll Off Driver

We are currently looking to fill a Roll Off Operator position with a company specializing in waste management.
As a Roll Off Operator, you will be responsible for operating a roll off garbage truck to collect and transport waste and recycling materials in a safe and efficient manner. All trucks are manual transmission.
Hours: 6am-when route is complete. Some OT required.
Pay : $19 with no Roll Off experience. $20-$21/hr with experience. Responsibilities:
Operate a manual transmission roll off garbage truck to pick up waste and recycling materials along designated routes. Safely maneuver the vehicle in residential and commercial areas, adhering to traffic and safety regulations. Empty bins and containers, ensuring proper placement and securing of materials. Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle, including pre-trip inspections and minor repairs. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate routes and address any issues or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and work area. Requirements:
Valid commercial driver's license without a manual restriction Proven experience as a Roll Off operator or similar role. Strong understanding of traffic and safety regulations. Ability to operate hydraulic controls and maneuver the vehicle safely in various environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical ability to lift and move heavy waste containers. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
