Full Job Description for CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver: What we offer: $5,000 sign on bonus - paid out in the first 120 days Average pay of $1,400 per week Minimum pay program of $1,200 per week Top of line equipment (Kenworth) with TV Mount, Sirius XM enabled, Inverter, 72" high roof, Dual Driver Tires, Espar Bunk Heater Front facing cameras that do not see in the truck which will you the privacy you need Automatic Transmission trucks Home every weekend for reset Incentive Program that pays monthly Breakdown pay, Tarp pay, Detention pay, Over dimension pay Clean Inspection bonus Truck and trailer will go home with for your home time so you will not have any time wasted dropping the truck and flatbed trailer off. You will be paid for the miles home. Paid on all miles - loaded or empty Benefits: Weekly paid via direct deposit Health, Vision, Dental and Company paid Life Insurance 72" High Roof on tractor for your comfort 401K after 1 year with match up to 4% Paid time off after 6 months Paid holidays after 6 months and you will be home for the holiday Driver of the Month and Driver of the Year Program Clean Inspection Bonus Safe Mile Awards Hiring Information: CDL A (Class A) license A current medical card attached to CDL A License 1 year of flatbed experience in the last 3 years 6 months of flatbed in the last 3 years - with a one week refresher 90 days of flatbed in the last 18 months with a one week refresher If you would like to learn flatbed and have 1 year of OTR experience in the 3 years we offer 2 weeks paid training Orientation: Once we have completed the interview phase and provide you with a job offer for the CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver to review that includes all the details of our company and benefits we offer and expectations, we will book your travel to orientation via rental car or flight depending on where you live. We will provide you with 3 meals per day and a single person hotel room. Orientation last 4 days and at the end you will be issued your truck and routed home to collect your belongings.
