Responsibilities: Maintain a strategic balance of account maintenance, new business development, and building profitable client relationships. Collaborate with the restaurant team to craft a compelling marketing plan and annual sales budget. Execute a monthly action plan to exceed budgeted goals. Provide comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual production and sales activity reports. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the hotel's offerings, including spaces, capacities, concept, and food style. Continuously review and refine menus, packages, and upgrades to meet client needs and maximize revenue. Requirements: 2+ years of proven success in hospitality sales, preferably in a restaurant or banquet setting. Previous structured sales training is a plus. A high level of creativity coupled with strong sales and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. Professional phone etiquette, polished writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ready to Join Our Team?
