Responsibilities
• Create and maintain impactful relationships with all Employees within the Casino Operations Division• Work closely with the Vice President and Director of Casino to contribute to the development, execution and measurement of the strategic plan and yearly operating goals• Work closely with department Managers to assist with managing frontline Employee scheduling concerns; including days off, vacations, special time starts, etc.• Maintain a detailed database of all Casino Operations Employees, ensuring policies and procedures of the department are followed• Ensure strict confidentiality in all matters and maintain department files• Track attendance and tardiness, tracking appropriate levels of discipline to be followed• Track due dates for gaming license submissions for Employees• Maintain inventory for all gaming supplies, equipment and office supplies• Generate monthly performance evaluations and training reports that indicate completion and due dates for Table Games• Assist department managers with administrative responsibilities
Requirements
• Either a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field or equivalent work experience• Two years (2+) administrative and/or office experience preferably in a Gaming environment• Be at least 21 years of age• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access and Power Point• Proven strong leadership abilities, sound judgment, and superior problem-solving and decision-making skills• Excellent organizational, analytical and project management skills, with particular attention to quality and detail• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints and within established deadlines• Ability to Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays• Gaming Permit as required by jurisdiction• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
