• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.• Accurately handle cash and card transactions, including operating a cash register.• Ensure order accuracy and timely service.• Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items.• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth order flow.• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer experience.• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
