Responsibilities
• Be the friendly face that greets everyone and offers assistance.• Keep shelves stocked, displays appealing, and store clean.• Efficiently manage cash register and handle transactions.• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers.• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.• Maintain a clean and inviting store, both inside and outside.• Actively participate in keeping outdoor space clean.• Must be 18 years of age or older (or 21 in certain states).• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.• Basic math skills required, as well as physical ability to lift weights.
Requirements
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.• Must have personable and positive demeanor.• Must have attention to detail and be reliable and responsible.• Must be flexible and adaptable.• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
