Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies   Packag e cash and rol l coins to be stored in drawers or the vault   Confirm guest discounts and answer any questions   Generate, compile, and transmit daily sales reports   Maintain accurate t ip records for payroll use  and collect server cash-outs at end of shift   Previous cash handling experience   Excellent guest service skills   Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank
