Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Assist customers in placing orders and provide recommendations when necessary. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Order Processing: Accurately input orders into the POS system. Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions with precision. Ensure the accuracy of bills and provide customers with the correct change. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area and surrounding workspaces clean and organized. Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with colleagues to address any customer concerns. Cash Handling: Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift. Follow established cash handling procedures to prevent discrepancies. Qualifications: Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred. Strong numerical and math skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude. Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
