MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A CASE MANAGER - CHILD AND ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH As the Child and Adolescent Case Manager at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will play a pivotal role in providing unwavering support to families and young individuals coping with mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, facilitating vital linkages to services, and monitoring progress to ensure comprehensive care.
