Overview: Carpenter
The responsibility of the Carpenter is to inspect and build carpentry related items throughout the property. This position is responsible for creating precise and quality products in compliance with city codes and standards.
Responsibilities: Able to read and understand blueprints, work orders, and instructions related to areas needing inspection or repair 
Professional use of handle power tools and related carpentry tools 
Ability to hang large signage and artwork 
Knowledge of proper use of brass, plastics, laminate, commercial door hardware, moldings, and adhesives 
Assist in the set-up and construction of exhibits and conventions as required 
Work on all construction/alteration projects as assigned 
Maintain all carpentry tools and equipment 
Qualifications: Professional appearance and demeanor
Efficient communication skills 
High school diploma or GED 
Minimum age requirement is 21 
5 years of carpentry experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and apply mathematical skills where needed
