We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!Responsibilities:Provide visible felt leadership during interaction with other team members and as a salaried staff representative in support of and demonstrating the NGM - DNA (Core Values) Implement various operational and maintenance alternatives to leverage cost-savings effectively managing forecasted and budgeted expenditures Provide training and facilitation on root cause failure analysis (RCA), failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) with maintenance and operations personnel Develop Nevada Gold Mines' Maintenance Procedures, Standards and Specifications focused on sustaining a reliability-culture Cultivate productive partnerships with key vendors/OEM's that drive improvement in equipment Maintain and validate downtime reporting databases and KPI's Identify, scope and evaluate reliability improvement projects Proficiently utilize maintenance operating system (S4-HANA, SAP) to record and report out on maintenance activity in a continuous improvement strategy Ensure the sustainability of the Condition Monitoring techniques that are to be implemented Perform other duties as assigned.
