Job Summary: The Center for Academic Resources and Enrichment Services (CARES) at the University of Kentucky is offering a dynamic internship position for a motivated and analytical student to assist in enhancing and implementing CARES assessment plans and analyzing data outcomes for the academic year. This internship presents an excellent opportunity to engage in substantial data-driven projects that impact educational programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of databases for academic and enrichment program assessments.
• Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analyses using statistical tools to evaluate program outcomes and effectiveness.
• Reporting: Generate reports and visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CARES team to understand data needs and ensure that the insights generated align with organizational goals. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: • Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, JMP or Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Education/Experience: Experience with data management and statistical analysis.
