Scope of Duties  At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:
Assist with hosting and teaching Caregiver orientations, tracking ongoing training  Caregiver management, ensuring compliance with set HR policies, on/offboarding  Manage, coach, and provide ongoing support to staff, encouraging strong retention  Requirements Strong relationship management, and professional development skills  A desire for a dynamic job that serves both out in the community, as well as in office  Accuracy and attention to detail  Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset  Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills  Proficiency with technology and electronic devices  Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism Central Oregon Service Area – including Bend, Redmond, LaPine, Prineville, Sisters, Madras, Culver, Warm Springs
