403(b) with Employer Match (20+ hours weekly) Free Parking Reduced Fare Bus Pass Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off Referral Bonus Program ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS Address resident's needs with respect and attention to safety Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Actively engage clients through conversation and companionship Perform light housekeeping duties Maintain quality communication with facility nurses as well as with med room staff Maintain a safe and secure environment for our residents Complete ongoing monthly education QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Proven ability to behave with respect and compassion Possess a professional and positive manner Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds HOLGATE CENTER The Holgate Center Campus comprises Friendship Health Center, Odd Fellows of Oregon, and Kenilworth Plaza set on seven acres in the heart of the Kenilworth neighborhood.
