Responsibilities
• Provide personal care services to meet client's needs• Assist with daily tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, and light housekeeping• Transport clients to doctor appointments and outdoor activities• Assist clients with mobility work and document observed changes• Follow plan of care and report to Director of Nursing
Requirements
• Minimum one year of caregiver or home care assistance experience• High school diploma or GED• Certified CPR and negative TB test or chest x-ray• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile• Physical ability to perform required tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
