Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, human resources, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in workforce development or career coaching within a vulnerable population. Ability to pass DOC security clearance. What You'll Do: Conduct group sessions. Deliver high-quality education and employment curriculum. Document participant interactions, progress, and challenges. Collaborate closely with care team. Benefits: Salary of $55-65k per year $7.5k Sign-on Bonus!
