Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department.A few must haves for Intake Coordinator/Medical Records Specialist:Associate degree or equivalent years of experience2 to 3 years of experience with Electronic Medical Records is highly desirable.Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical, organizational and time management skills required.Accurate data entry skills.
