Primary Responsibilities:
Uphold company policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards at all times.
Evaluate educational efficacy and implement enhancement strategies.
Lead curriculum development efforts and ensure quality educational materials.
Oversee student progress tracking and provide necessary support.
Supervise and mentor the academic department team.
Exercise discretion and judgment in administrative matters.
Collaborate with campus administration on personnel decisions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to students.
Coordinate class schedules and teaching assignments.
Engage in ongoing professional development activities.
Facilitate student orientation sessions.
Fulfill additional duties and projects as assigned.
Foster positive relationships with campus personnel.
Represent the campus and company in a professional manner.
Willingness to travel as required, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum three years of leadership experience in academia.
Proficiency in educational philosophy.
