Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:
Health Insurance; Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance plans (for eligible seasonal employees after working 500 hours) Free ski passes for dependents Critical Illness and Accident plans Job Summary:  Do you love caring for children in a fun and safe environment? The Camp Counselor  is responsible for the personal needs of children ages 5 to 11 years, and for a variety of children's activities such as art, story time, games, and outside play. 
Job Specifications:  Expected Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00 / hour  Shift & Schedule Availability - Full Time  Job Responsibilities: Facilitate and lead groups of children between the ages of 5-11 years in organized outdoor adventure activities (i.e. hiking, nature walks, teambuilding games/relays, nature crafts) Assist with camp registration, communicate with parents at drop-off and pick-up regarding daily activities Maintain an active, fun, safe, clean and healthy environment for children Work cooperatively and efficiently with team members Job Requirements: Ability to lead an active group at a high elevation in multiple venues: such as hiking, nature walks, team sports, outdoor education A strong desire to be outdoors Previous professional experience working with school aged children Job Duties: Assisting in all operational responsibilities of the programs including but not limited to registration, cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas, activity involvement and all other facets of the summer camp program Collaborating with the team in planning engaging and dynamic activities & presenting new curriculum ideas Good communication with staff, parents, and other departments within the resort. Knowledge of Outdoor Recreation and Interactive Children's Programs Ability to engage a group of children in an exciting, high energy, busy outdoor adventure. Maintaining an active, fun, safe, clean and healthy environment for children Job Qualifications: HS Diploma or Equivalent - required Previous professional experience working with school aged children – required Ability to participate in all scheduled camp activities – required A strong desire to be outdoors - required Excellent communication skills per email, phone and in person - required Ability to strongly communicate in English, verbally and written – required First Aid/CPR Certification, or willing to obtain upon hire - preferred Candidates must pass a criminal level 2 background check – required Prior professional experience in a children's outdoor recreation program - preferred The expected pay range is $20.00-$23.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
