Position Summary: We are seeking a Call Center Team Lead for our West Valley City, UT location. This is an Monday-Friday in person position at our centrally located call center. If you enjoy leading and developing a team of passionate employees, then please consider this opportunity!
Requirements What We Want You to Do Lead a team of Call Center Agents to exceed business results through motivation, coaching, and recognition. Review attendance and performance metrics on a daily basis. Recognize top performers, share best practices, coach, or escalate to Call Center Manager for disciplinary action when necessary. Facilitate one-on-one meetings with direct reports. Provide necessary tools and resources to team. Identify training opportunities and share best practices with team and peers. Actively participate in Team Lead Meetings by sharing best practices, tools, and resources. Ability to analyze trends and act on these findings in a timely manner. Encourage a lead-by-example atmosphere with excellent personal attendance and outstanding time management skills including timely follow-up, meeting deadlines and demonstrating a high level of professionalism to your team on a daily basis. Who You Are High School Diploma or GED required, college degree desired. Bilingual in Spanish is desired, but not necessary. 3+ years of experience in a call center environment. Must be detailed oriented; able to remain focused in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem solving and organizational skills to perform multiple tasks quickly and effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to engage, coach, mentor and lead direct reports. Availability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 6am-6pm (exact shift to be determined upon hire).
