Job Description:
Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and hardworking, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with customers- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed performance metrics- Use data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
