Responsibilities
• Triage calls and facilities referrals to appropriate outpatient services• Dispatches Mobile Assessor and collaborates for next steps in patient care• Coordinates and processes patient assessments and documentation• Coordinates and facilitates the transfer of patients with behavioral health needs
Requirements
• High School diploma/GED required, preferred: Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Social Services• Two years of related experience in a call center and customer service• Experience in data entry and ability to multitask• Preferred knowledge of crises intervention, risk assessment, psychiatric diagnoses symptomology, basic chemical dependency, age-specific growth and development, and crisis and behavior management
