Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Specialist to join our team at Dollar General in San Francisco, California. This is a part-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and updating customer information in the database.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns- Making outgoing calls to customers to follow up on previous interactions- Providing product information and assistance to customers- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner- Updating customer records in the database accurately- Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service- Meeting and exceeding performance and quality metrics set by the company

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills- Strong critical thinking skills- Motivated and energetic personality- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work well in a team environment
